Okay, it’s not a city, and it’s not in some far-off region like the Western Heartlands of Faerûn – but I don’t see why a receipt of a deposit in a far off-off city couldn’t be a trinket tied to Phandalin.

Phandalin is in a remote location, and it has a banker in Harbin Wester.

This might be a fun trinket for someone with a charlatan background to start out with or procure during a downtime adventure. Whether they won it in a dodgy card game or acquired it with a bit of larceny, this trinket gives a character a reason to seek out Harbin Wester – and perhaps make some use of that forgery kit on their character sheet when they draw up the transfer document.
