As a homesteader along the Triboar Trail for many years prior to Phandalin’s resettlement, Narth has hosted his fair share of adventurers over the years. The harrowing tales told around his dinner table could fill a book, making the old farmer a reliable source of information regarding the dangerous denizens of Phandalin’s hinterlands.

Narth is genuinely fond of his neighbors in Phandalin, but there are times when the gruff old farmer dismissively refers to the town’s residents as “city folk.”
